The program is to develop and offer a series of well considered and articulate studies of residential architecture that can be fully constructed for budgets ranging from $500 000 to $ 1 000 000. We will make available a series of pre designed houses that can be replicated and sited on a number of different properties yet will be environmentally appropriate for the uniqueness of its specific location.

Each house has been completely designed and documented including cabinetwork and general interior design. Depending on specific site conditions and final finishes specification, each house has been accurately costed, so that a fixed lump sum construction contract can be signed.

ESD (Environmentally sustainable design) is implicit in all projects, with each project taking advantage of the use of economical and sustainable building materials. Passive climate design is a standard feature of all projects however the opportunity will exist for the client to augment the product with water tanks, photovoltaic cells and grey water recycling, depending on budget

Landscape design and plant selection is an equally important aspect to the programme and all residences will be constructed complete with appropriate garden planting, of trees and shrubs.

The client will be able to select a standard design from our portfolio that will be suitable to their accommodation requirements, budget and site. Typically the sites should be flat and level, as the designs suit most standard subdivision lots. Rural and leisure properties would also be suitable.

In order to maintain total quality control we have aligned with the well respected building firm of Minchin and Simms and we will be involved in the entire design and building process.

For the client with a modest budget yet with a passion for architecture and building sustainability.
